• We can offer a guaranteed next day delivery* but would ask that to arrange this you call us to 07779024508 so we can check that we have all the items in stock and ideally the order would be placed before 1pm. Please note that this is for Mainland UK only.

I want to customise a sign!

• No problem at all. Please email us to info@mjnsafetysigns.com along with your design, quantities, material required, size and the product code for the sign you require and we will get back to you as soon as we can with a price. Please note that we don't offer refunds on customised signs. We will work with you and provide you with proofs for you to approve or make changes and only once you are happy with the proof and given us the go ahead will we go to print.

Do you have a minimum order?

• No, we don't have a minimum order. However, £3.50 postage and packaging is charged on orders under £100 excluding VAT

My delivery hasn't arrived?

• Our items are sent via Royal mail or via Courier depending on the sizes and weight. We usually send them out the same day if the order is placed before 1145am (provided they are in stock, if not we will email you with an estimated dispatch date) and would expect them to take between 1-3 working days (though most arrive the next day. Please note deliveries to Northern Ireland can take up to 5 working days). If for any reason your parcel has not arrived please email us to info@mjnsafetysigns.com or call us on 07779023508 and we will chase this up for you.

Delivery costs

• We aim to keep our delivery costs as low as possible. We charge £3.50 for orders under £100 and it's free delivery for orders over £100* (excluding the Highlands and Channel Islands). If you need to post to the Highlands, Channel Islands, Jersey and Northern Ireland please contact us first before ordering and we can advise you on the costs for delivery. *Please note that if you are ordering posts for signs these will incur additional costs due to the size and weight - please contact us for more details.
