Delivery & Postage Information
At MJN Safety Signs, we aim to provide fast, reliable delivery at the lowest possible cost for our customers.
- Orders under £100: £3.95 delivery (excludes Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands).
- Orders over £100: Free delivery (excludes Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands).
Delivery to Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands
Delivery charges for these regions vary depending on parcel size and weight. Small items may be sent via Royal Mail, while larger orders require courier services. Please contact us before ordering for a quote.
Important: We cannot ship to Jersey.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch orders the same day if placed before:
- 11:45am Monday–Thursday
- 11:00am Friday
This applies to in-stock items only and excludes bespoke signs.
- Larger/heavier parcels are sent via DPD (Next Day Service)
- Smaller parcels are sent via Royal Mail first class (usually 24hr tracked)
- Delivery can take 1–5 business days depending on location
- Christmas period may take longer
- Northern Ireland deliveries may take longer
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery
For guaranteed next-day delivery, please email sales@mjnsafetysigns.com with your address or call us. We can then advise on postage costs for this service.
Bespoke & Custom Orders
- Dispatch time: Typically, within 72 hours (often sooner)
- If there’s a delay, we’ll notify you immediately
For orders to Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands, please contact us first for delivery costs.
Orders north of Aberdeen may incur higher courier charges and longer transit times.
Order Confirmation & invoice
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.
- Once dispatched, we’ll send an email notification with a link to download your invoice.
- Please notify us within one week if your items haven’t been received.
Returns Policy
Our returns policy lasts 15 days. Items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging
Exempt Items
- Bespoke signs (made-to-order signs and bespoke size signs)
- Masks due to hygiene reasons
These exemptions do not affect your statutory rights.
How to Return an Item

- We’ll provide a returns number and return address
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply if:
- Items are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you regarding approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if defective or damaged.
- To exchange, email info@mjnsafetysigns.com for a confirmation number and returns address.
Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and deducted from your refund
- For items over £75, please consider trackable shipping or insurance to ensure we receive your return
