Here at MJN Safety Signs we try to ensure that our customers pay the lowest prices possible for delivery.

Orders under £75 are charged at a rate of £2.99 (excluding the Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands)**.

Orders over £75 are free** (excluding the Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands)**.

We aim to dispatch orders the same day if the order is placed before 1pm Monday-Thursday and 12pm on Friday and the items are in stock and this usually reaches the customer the next day.

For guaranteed next day delivery please email us to including your address or call us with your order and we can advise you on the postage costs for this service.

For bespoke items we aim to dispatch with 72hrs often sooner. If there is a delay to your order we will notify you asap. 

If you need us to send items to the Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands please contact us first before ordering and we can advise you on the costs for delivery.

***If your parcel is to go further north than Aberdeen please contact us before placing the order so we can advise you on the delivery charge as unfortunately the courier charges to the North of Scotland can be higher and it may take longer reach you.

Once the order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation and once the order has been dispatched an email notification will also be sent which will have a link to enable you to download the invoice. 


Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We cannot accept returns on bespoke signs.

To complete your return, please email us at with your order confirmation and we will provide you with a returns number and a returns address.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at and we will provide you with an exchange confirmation number and a returns address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we will receive your returned item.
