It's always good to see customers come back time and time again for safety signs!
At MJN Safety Signs Ltd, we like to offer the highest level of customer care. Whether it be through email, Live chat facility on our website or on the phone, customers know that they can reach us easily and when they do contact us we are approachable, knowledgeable and ready to help. If we don't have what they need on our website, we will create the signs or do our best to source the required signage. Mel, has even been known to respond to emails at 11pm, on holiday or on a weekend when we are closed which shows her dedication to the business.
Over the years we have had customers approach us asking us to add certain signs to our range one of which is the Fire action stay put sign. We listened and added them to our site and sure enough it's one of our most popular lines.
A customer was after some large asbestos labels, (we only offered the smaller ones at that time 25 x 50mm) and sure enough we listened and managed to source a supplier for the larger labels 50 x 100mm which is another popular line on our store.
Another line requested by our customers was the double sided no smoking signs. We managed to source them and they are a very popular line on our website too.
We deal with a number of maintenance companies including automatic gates and shutter maintenance companies who come back time and time again for their bespoke warning signs and service labels.
One of our customer is a water management company and we do all their bespoke labels for all the various tests they carry out. We have been helping them for the last 4 years.
We deal with a number of councils and housing associations who know that we can dispatch their items swiftly and the products are of the highest standard.
We like to make sure that our customers are offered a high level of customer service, with quality products at competitive prices by doing this customers are happy to come back to us time and time again.
